Quit smoking support review part 2

Quit smoking review

I purchased this quit smoking support program out of curiosity after I smoked my last cigarette. I found the program to be very reinforcing to my resolve not to smoke. He discusses everything about the nicotine addiction - triggers, social pressure, smoking and boredom, etc. He gives practical solutions to overcoming these situations along with great analogies about the misconceptions of nicotine addiction.

I can’t tell you that this product has discovered an “easy” way to give up nicotine. I personally don’t think there is an easy way. I think there are lots of ways that will work, but they all take personal effort. I think what this program has done is write an extremely readable, well written program chock full of ideas to help you in your mental efforts to quit smoking. If you buy this program thinking he is going to give you an easy out from addiction, I think you will be disappointed. If you buy this program, however, to use as an additional tool in your efforts at smoke cessation, I think you find it to be valuable.

Quit smoking support

Recently I tested this new product out on 10 regular smokers. This was testimonials that were given to me from some of the regular smokers that used this E book to transfer their life by having adequate quit smoking support or greatly reducing their nicotine intake in a weekly basis.

Testimonials

I have a keen student of personal development and I was surprised how he used these theories based upon the greatest motivational speaker of all time Napoleon Hill and recently Jim Rohn, Stephen Convey and Brian Tracy. To have the desire and faith for me to stop smoking. This product is fantastic and should be purchased for any smokers want to drop a bad habit.

John (London UK)

I needed inspiration for me to quit smoking but I always crave into the pressure of having a cigarette. Until I got this life changing quit smoking E book. I only got 2 words for this product it’s absolutely amazing I wished I had this E book when I was younger.

Erwin

If you give this E book to every smoker in the world the tobacco industry would disappear and life expectancy would increase by a extra 15-20 years and lung cancer would be a rare disease.

This E book is great and I need to recommend this to my friends that want to stop smoking but are not sure where to start.

Mark (Liverpool UK)

Quit smoking support

Quit smoking support

In today’s society we live in a world where you quit smoking support is depicted in the mainstream media and films as weak. This leads to younger people to be addicted at a young age because of enormous peer pressure amongst friends to be viewed to them to be cool. They start with a 1 to 2 cigarettes a day; this leads 2 to 3 and increases until to 1 to 2 packs or even more. Over this duration of time it becomes much more difficult for the person to have a good quit smoking support network.

The reasons its difficult for the majority of people to have a adequate quit smoking support is because it stimulates their feel good chemicals in their brain. This study was conducted by live science. These effects have the same effects as heroin and morphine. This chemical is called endogenous opioids. This chemical is used to reduce painful sensations and increasing positive emotions. That’s the main reasons that smoke addicts find it difficult to have a good quit smoking support. However the consequences are much greater. It could increase significantly heart attacks and it could affect the respiratory tract such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and emphysema, and cancer, particularly lung cancer and cancers of the larynx and tongue. However if the person quit smoking before their 30, they tend to live as long as non smokers taking in consideration factors such as exercise and diet.

Having quit smoking support is different for everyone. , but when a person quits multiple times, each one of those quits is different. Some people leave their quit smoking support and have a terrible time, relapse down the road and are terrified to have a good quit smoking support again because they "know" what will happen the next time. Well, actually they don't know. The next time may be a breeze in comparison. On the alternate side, some people have an easy cessation, go back with the attitude, "Oh well, if I have to, I'll just do leave my quit smoking support again." They may find the next quit horrendous, and possibly not be able to pull it off.

The reason I mention this is it is possible that you won't have any major symptoms this time. I knew people who had a lot of four packs a day. Who smoked 40 plus years who toss them with minimal withdrawal or discomfort. The reason they never tried to get a quit smoking support before is that they witnessed people who smoked one fourth of what they did go thorough terrible side effects and figured, "If it did that to them, it will kill me." But when the time came, their quit was easy in comparison.

You may find that this when you have you have a quit smoking support will be relatively easy. Stranger things have happened. But if it does, don't think that this doesn't mean that you were not addicted. The factor that really shows the addiction is not how hard or how easy it is to do you smoking cessation. What really shows the addiction is how universally easy it is to go back. One puff and the quit can go out the window.

Summing up, the first few days may be relatively easy, or for some, it may be very difficult. Who knows? The only thing we know is that once you get past the third day nicotine free, it will ease up physically. Psychological triggers will still exist but more controllable measures can be taken with them, basically keeping your ammunition up for why you don't want to be a smoker.

The best thing you could do is to do more research on the ways you could implement your quit smoking support plan. So you can plan your course of action. One of the best books I came across is called quit smoking, which you can get by Clicking Here.

Easy or hard, having a great smoking support is worth it. Once you have quit for even a few hours, you have invested some effort, time, and maybe even a little pain. Make this effort count for something. As long as you hang in there now, all of this will have accomplished a goal. It got you off of cigarettes. After that, to stay off, the make or break point simply translates to knowing to having a quit smoking support strategy.
